Dr. Mukesh Katariya's father's name is Shri Ramdin Katariya who retired from the post of DGM CGSWC in Chhattisgarh state and his mother's name is Mrs. Anguri Katariya who is a housewife. His Wife Name is Preeti Gehlot. He was born in a middle class family on 17 April 1986 in Ambah district Morena. He was educated in government schools. He was a person of average intelligence but logical from the beginning. His ancestral village Ambah is about ten kilometers away from Dagran Ka Pura which is in Dandoli Panchayat. He did BHMS, MBA (HA), PGDHIM, PGDPHE in the field of education and with his hard work and ability he was appointed on the post of Government Homeopathic Medical Officer in Manendragarh / Nagpur of Chhattisgarh and thereafter served in District Rajnandgaon, then District Sukma. Dr. Mukesh Katariya is currently serving as Govt Medical Officer at Chattisgarh. Dr Katariya has vast experience of 15 yrs in medical field. During this time he made his permanent home in Rajnandgaon district of Chhattisgarh. He was interested in social work since childhood. This love for society brought him in contact with Dr. Sandeep Kannaujiya and Mr. Veerpal Kirar. Initially, he conducted small social programs / movements. Then the social organization Sakhwar Yuva Sangh was formed on 15 June 2025 with the cooperation of Mr. Veerpal Kirar, Mr. Santosh Gehlot, Mr. Girish Dadoria, Mr. Brij Kishore Gurjwar, Mr. Atibal Singh, Mr. Jinendra Katroliya. In this way, he got the honor of becoming the founder / director / executive president of Sakhwar Yuva sangh. Veerpal Kirar supported Dr. Katariya as a dear friend and shadow in every program of Sakhwar Yuva Sangh.

Mr. Birpal Kirar is a talented and experienced individual, born to Shri Naval Singh Kirar. His ancestral village is Rithol Ka Pura, Gram Panchayat Goth, Ambah, Morena, but he currently resides at Mahaveer Residency, Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. He holds a BSc in Agriculture and an MBA in Agriculture, with 15 years of experience in the agricultural sector and in social work. Presently, he serves as Assistant Technical Manager, Department of Farmer Welfare and Agricultural Development, Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Birpal is actively involved in various social activities. He is the First Secretary and one of the Founding Members of Sakhwar Yuva Sangh and has been continuously serving since 2016. Birpal's passion for social work is evident in his contributions to various causes, including education, healthcare, and environmental conservation. He has worked tirelessly to promote sustainable agricultural practices, support rural development initiatives, and empower marginalized communities.
