The idea of forming an organization for the Sakhwar community first came in 2009-2010. But the name of this organization would be Sakhwar Yuva Sangh, it was still beyond our thoughts. The credit for joining this social activity goes to the constant exchange of ideas between Respected Dr. Sandeep Kannaujiya (MD) and Shri Veerpal Kirar ji and me (Dr. M.K. Katariya). This organization was first formed in the name of "Baba Saheb Parivartan Sangh". In which all the youth of Dalit community were office bearers but their contribution was negligible. Whereas the Youth of Sakhwar community contributed enthusiastically. At that time a health camp was organized at village Bhadoli, then a health camp was also organized at village Lane through the organization. This was the first work done by the Sakhwar Yuva Sangh. This type of activity continued without registration till 2015. This organization was originally named Sakhwar Yuva Sangh in 2014-15. And then it was registered as a registered organization in 2015-16. Since the Sakhwar Yuva Sangh did not have any platform for the development of the society and to bring the society on one platform, that gap was filled by the formation of this organization. In this way, Sakhwar Yuva Sangh was established by (founder) Dr. M.K. Katariya. Mr. Veerpal Kirar, who is working as an important link in this organization, has been playing the role of secretary in the organization. And Mr. Santosh Gehlot, Mr. Girish Dadoria, Mr. Brij Kishore Gurjwar, Mr. Manoj Gurjwar, Mr. Atibal Singh, Mr. Sugriv Sakhwar and Mr. Jinendra Katroliya have been involved in accelerating the work of the organization. Dr. M. K. Katariya has the honour of becoming the first provincial president of the Sangh, and Mr. Girish Dadoria, first secretary - Mr. Veerpal Kirar, treasurer - Mr. Santosh Gehlot, vice president - Mr. Brij Kishore Gurujwar, Vice President Shivraj Singh (Apo), vice president - Gauri Shankar Patwari, Sakhwar Yuva Sangh pracharak - Mr. Atibal Singh and Sangh think Tank - Mr. Jinendra Katroliya, coordinator Mr. Pramod Parshad and members were Manoj Gurujwar, Narendra Ji, Lokendra Gehlot. A provision was made to form the executive body by conducting elections every three years in the Sakhwar Yuva Sangh.
